Virgin Voyages just took home all 5 awards in the large ship category for the Cruise Critic Cruisers’ Choice Awards this year — making them the first brand in history to do so. For those not familiar, this is like the Oscars for cruise vacations.

What are the Cruise Critic Awards?
Cruise Critic is the world's largest online cruise community, with more than 650,000 cruise reviews that cover 700 vessels across the globe. This past week it announced the winners of its 11th annual Cruise Critic Cruisers' Choice Awards. These awards name the most popular cruises based on consumer reviews and ratings shared on Cruise Critic over the past year and as we mentioned are like the Oscars of cruise awards.

They are quite meaningful because they are not chosen by the travel industry but by actual cruisers and consumers who've shared their experiences in the community over the past year
